Getting back to the basic…Â
I have been keeping notes of my weight loss journey and needed to go back to how I got started in this path. I wanted to share with you my first 10 things I did to get started to healthier me.Â
#1 Eat only at the kitchen table.Â
#2 Put your fork down between bites. Â
#3 Always have a full glass of water near…when you drink it…fill it upÂ
#4 Have a bowl of fruit on the table, washed and ready to eatÂ
#5 Freeze grapes- great for when the ice cream craving hits. Â
#6 Stop eating 3 hours before bed. Â
#7 Buy fresh veggies, wash, cut up and put in baggies
#8 Every morning place a bowl of mixed veggies on the counter for munching
#9 Buy popsicles
#10 Do some kind of activity every day no matter how big or small the activity is just do something.Â
