Family teams faced the toughest challenge yet, hanging over a tank of ever decreasing water to win care packages from home. 

“Jillian walked into the room and noticed she was now down to a team of all girls. She had asked the mothers and daughters to leave so she could get some one-on-one time with Coleen. Jillian wanted to make sure Coleen was ready to focus, and stop feeling guilty about Jerry being eliminated (watch The Biggest Loser Families recap here).”

Jillian felt her team was performing without motivation and gives them a care package of pain, forcing them to step up the effort.
