Happy New Year Friends, 

I hope your Holiday events were wonderful. I like when the New Year begins. It feels like I have another chance. At the same time its scary…here is another year I vow to lose weight and keep it off, anther year I say I WILL exercise, another year I WILL get organized…well folks, there is always hope and as long as we are breathing sometimes hope is all we have to hang on to.

 Friends our health is important. I wrote a few about a mass that was found…good news it is benign. I still have to have it removed but at least it is not the big C!

 Now back to what was working for me to lose 30 pounds. Eat right, add Designer Whey Products to my eating plan, get moving.
