Oh, what a beautiful morning…Oh, what a beautiful day…be sure to drink your Designer Whey and you will be healthier today! Ok a little hokey but fun. Maybe I should get into writing jingles, lol. 

Hear in Michigan it is sunny and going to be in the 50s, but don’t get too excited, for next week back to the cold and snow. At least it’s a taste of spring and the chance to catch up on picking up after our dog!

 Yesterday I took my girls to the local High School Pool. Our High School Pool is open to the public a few times a week and it is cheap to go only $1.25 for kids and $2.00 for adults. I like to get in the pool and stretch and do good range of motion, I can move much better in water. So check out your High School maybe they have a similar program.

 I walk dogs for pay on the side, at the moment I have 1 client that is close enough for me to ride my bike to so that is my plan today for exercise. What is your plan of action today?
