Your shake sounds delish - I make one that is very similar, using soy milk and (3 T) non-fat vanilla yogurt; with blueberries, one-half frozen banana, flaxseeds, wheat germ, protein powder and peanut butter. It is so filling and satisfying and many times makes me forget about food of any sort until hours pass!</description>
