Where does it come from and how do I get it?

Wow a week in the New Year already! I have to admit I still have to start my New Year healthy me plan. A friend of mine called to ask if I got on my exercise bike…I answered no. I am recovering from all the excitement and health issues and to be honest I am spent…I did start back on having a Designer Whey Shake before bed and keeping my water glass full during the day.

 I wish I could figure out why I just don’t do what I know is right when comes to eating. Is it being rebellious, or lack of discipline or just not caring? I want to eat right, I want to follow my plan but don’t. I guess when I figure it out; I will figure it out for a lot of people.

 I watch people jog on the side walk and wonder…how they have the desire to go jogging…I don’t have a natural desire to get up and exercise. I want it but don’t know how to get it. My sister jogs 10 miles a day…I want to know how she has that desire to do it. Or people who go to the gym or swim many laps…even my kids will walk in our game room and turn on our Wii Fit and do it…where does that come from and how do I get it. 

Oh… I AM SO EXCITED about Designer Whey producing the protein shakes for “The Biggest Loser” TV Show. I was watching a show called The Drs and they had The Biggest Loser staff on the show. They picked out a couple in the audience to work the program at home and the couple got all the same things the contestants have on the show which included The Biggest Loser Protein and guess who’s name is on the label? …You guessed it Designer Whey!!!!
