INGREDIENTS

6 Ice Cubes
3 drops Almond Extract
1 cup Vanilla Almond Milk
1/2 cup Frozen Pitted Cherries
1 scoop Biggest Loser Vanilla Bean

DIRECTIONS

Combine ingredients in blender
Blend on high speed for one minute

INGREDIENTS

1 cup Unsweetened Vanilla Almond Milk

DIRECTIONS

Combine ingredients in blender;

Peppermint Protein Mocha Shake

INGREDIENTS

1 cup Coffee (room temp or cold)
1 scoop Biggest Loser Chocolate
2-3 drops of Peppermint Extract (add more or less to taste)
6-8 ice cubes
1 packet Stevia to taste

DIRECTIONS

Combine ingredients in blender;
Blend on high speed for 1 minute.

FROSTY ORANGE PROTEIN BLAST
This creamy protein drink uses frozen orange juice concentrate to intensify the flavor without relying on additional sweeteners. It's a great postworkout snack.

INGREDIENTS

2 cups unsweetened vanilla almond milk
1 (6-ounce) can frozen orange juice concentrate
1 cup plain, fat-free Greekstyle yogurt
1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
2 scoops (4 tablespoons) The Biggest Loser vanilla protein powder
16 ice cubes

DIRECTIONS

Add the almond milk, juice concentrate, yogurt, vanilla, protein powder, and ice to a blender. Blend until smooth.

Leftovers can be poured into small zip-top bags and stored in the freezer. Thaw slightly and blend before serving.

Makes 4 (11⁄4-cup) servings
