Must have for exercise!
As an adult I have decided to start learning some athletic activities that I didn't do as a kid. Wow, I quickly learned how out of shape I was!
In addition to being cardiovascularly deficient I found my muscles fatigued much quicker than I'd like; half way through a session. My flexibility was awful and the soreness, surprisingly, lasted for days.
As part of the DesignerWhey team I have had the opportunity to try Protein 2Go and Protein Water before, during and after my activities. My stamina is vastly improved and my muscle recovery is much shorter with the hydrating protein. It makes a big difference and my performance noticeably decreases on the days I forget.
And thank goodness they taste great! My favs are two Lite & Lean Raspberry Acai Protein 2Gos in a 12oz bottled water, or Protein Water in Pomegranate Fruit.
