Smile Incorporating whey in my diet???

Hi,
I just purchased Designer Whey . I am trying to lose around 20 pounds. I am a 56 year old (young) female..I am currently doing a low glycemic (glycemic load) diet.No refined products, pretty much no flour, no sugar, just lots of veggies, fruits, lean protein, etc. I am losing soooooooo slow. I think age has something to do with it. I would like to incorporate your product into my diet. I do not each cheese or yogurt, so it is always difficult to find a snack that has protein. Do I use your product as a inbetween meal snack, or can I use it to replace a meal. Also, can I mix it with non fat milk...
My main question is: How does it rate on the glycemic index? I have a history of some hyperglycemia so want to keep the sugar rise and dives at a minimum. Thank you so much for your help...debbie

Default Low Glycemic Index

DW is very low on the glycemic scale as it has very little carbohydrates. You can mix it with non-fat milk but remember to consider the added calories and sugar. People who are trying to lose weight and incorporate DW between meals tend to have the most success due to whey’s ability to help halt hunger. Good luck.
