Incorporating whey in my diet???
Hi,
I just purchased Designer Whey . I am trying to lose around 20 pounds. I am a 56 year old (young) female..I am currently doing a low glycemic (glycemic load) diet.No refined products, pretty much no flour, no sugar, just lots of veggies, fruits, lean protein, etc. I am losing soooooooo slow. I think age has something to do with it. I would like to incorporate your product into my diet. I do not each cheese or yogurt, so it is always difficult to find a snack that has protein. Do I use your product as a inbetween meal snack, or can I use it to replace a meal. Also, can I mix it with non fat milk...
My main question is: How does it rate on the glycemic index? I have a history of some hyperglycemia so want to keep the sugar rise and dives at a minimum. Thank you so much for your help...debbie
