When should I drink this?

I just bought this chocolate protein powder and I was wondering when is the best time to drink it? I saw the other protein powders in the store have instructions (like an hour after a workout, morning, etc). Im a female and I workout 5 nights a week. Does anyone have any good tips? Should I drink more than one serving a day? I love that each serving is only 50 calories.
