STRAWBERRY BANANA DREAM
INGREDIENTS
- 1/2 banana
- 3 frozen strawberries
- 8 oz. water
- 2tbs French Vanilla Creamer
- 1 scoops DESIGNER WHEY Strawberry
DIRECTIONS
- Combine all ingredients in blender
- Blend on high speed for one minute

DESIGNER PROTEIN PASTA
INGREDIENTS
- 1 1/2 cups Semolina Flour
- 4 Scoops DESIGNER WHEY Natural
- 1/2 tsp Salt
- 2 Eggs
- 2 TBSP Water
- 2 TBSP Olive Oil
DIRECTIONS
- Combine flour, DESIGNER WHEY Natural and salt
- Lightly beat eggs, water and olive oil. Add to dry ingredients and mix with a fork to form a stiff dough
- Place dough on a lightly floured surface and knead until smooth
- Cover dough with plastic wrap and let sit for 22 minutes
- Using a pasta maker, follow pasta maker directions
- Or roll dough out to desired thickness and cut as desired. Note: Keep dough covered to avoid drying
- Add pasta to boiling water and cook until tender
- Makes 8 servings
CHOCOLATE PEANUT BUTTER & BANANA SHAKE
INGREDIENTS
- 1 cup Skim Milk
- 1 Frozen, cut up, banana
- 2 scoops DESIGNER WEIGHT CONTROL (Chocolate)
- 3 Tbsp Peanut Butter
- 1 Tbsp Unsweetened Cocoa
DIRECTIONS
- Combine all ingredients in blender
- Blend on high speed for one minute
HIGH PROTEIN CHILI
INGREDIENTS
- 1 tsp Olive Oil
- 1 onion, chopped
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 4 oz 93% lean ground beef (optional)
- 2 carrots, grated
- 1 can whole plum tomatoes
- 1 can light red kidney beans
- 1 tsp each cayenne pepper, chili powder, cumin
- 1 bay leaf
- 8 scoops of DESIGNER WHEY Natural
DIRECTIONS
- Place olive oil in a large pot over medium heat
- Add 3 cloves garlic, minced
- Add 4 oz 93% lean ground beef (optional) and sauté until brown, about 3 minutes
- Add 1 onion, chopped
- Grate carrots over pot and stir all ingredients
- Add 1 can whole plum tomatoes save the liquid, stir and break up tomatoes with a wooden spoon
- With tomato juice add 8 scoops of DESIGNER WHEY NATURAL, mix well, add to pot
- Add 1 can light red kidney beans, drained
- Add 1 can dark red kidney beans, drained
- Add 1 tsp each cayenne pepper, chili powder, cumin
- Add 1 bay leaf
- Stir, lower heat to medium low and cook for about 30 minutes, stirring every 10 minutes
- Remove bay leaf
- Makes 8 servings

INGREDIENTS
- 1 scoop DESIGNER WHEY® Vanilla Praline
- 8oz nonfat fruit yogurt
- Chopped 2 Tbsp Chopped Almonds optional
DIRECTIONS
- Blend for one minute on high speed
LITE & LEAN BERRY OATMEAL
INGREDIENTS
- 1 package instant Oatmeal No Flavor
- 1 2GO Pak Light N Lean (flavor of choice)
- 1/2 cup of Berries (your choice)
DIRECTIONS
- Add 1/2 boiling water to Oatmeal and stir
- Let cool and add Light & Lean Protein·2GO
- Add berries before eating
